Lemonade Royal Icing

Lemonade Royal Icing

3¾ cups sifted powdered sugar
3 tbs. Meringue powder
6 tbs. Frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions:
Beat all ingredients in a large bowl at high speed of electric mixer until smooth and cover with a towel until ready to use. (Icing is best for piping decorations you want to completely harden)
Makes 2 cups.
