removing trac's Old chraftsman 10-32 trac type snowblower

how do you remove the trac's , bolt broke that attaches the track chain gear to the drive shaft I live in Colby, KS and have had 24" of snow this weekend need help on getting trac out of way to replace bolt.

I've never had mine off. Can't you take off the two ESNA nuts that hold the sprockets on and take off both sprockets evenly and the track comes off with them?
