Found a shot of a peace sign I used to make every year on my side lawn in our last house. Unfortunetly the farm we are on now has tonnes of green but there are to many trees breaking up the lawn to make one worthy of the past ones.

The only way to get a shot of this was standing on my roof. In the back you can see my sweetheart (20th anniversary edition 1986 Oldsmobile Toronado). I put her there to show some scale. The shadows of the powerlines makes the bottom look flat, but is is round.

We lived near Buttonville Airport and ever since the 1st one we noticed alot of fly by action... wing tipping, helicopters hovering a couple minutes... it was fun! :D

Thanks, I steaked the center and strung out a rope, then I shuffled my feet along the grass as I walked a circle. Then I just followed my shuffles with my L/10 ride mower (3 widths). Did the center with my Mastercraft 21" gas mower.

And yes, Peace to all!! Though it should be all year round, at least we all get about as close as we can to peace once a year. It's a start, I guess we'll just have to take what we can get!

I had an early 80s Toronado cream color, landau roof w/wire wheels. The outside was mint but it always needed repairs, cracked intake manifold, bad carb, rotting pillars etc. I got a few nice dates with that car though! :twisted:
I have some pics somewhere.

I think the 86 was the last body style change. Real nice.
