Lemon Cake Dessert
1 box angel food cake mix
2 boxes lemon pudding mix
2 cup cold skim milk
For garnish:
thin sliced lemon rounds, halved
fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Prepare cake mix, bake, and cool. Set aside.
To make filling:
At least 1 hour before using, beat pudding mix according to package directions. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture is of spreading consistency. To assemble, slice cake carefully into 3 layers. Put 1 layer on serving plate, spread with chilled pudding. Follow with second layer. Spread filling around outside and inside of each layer, using all of the filling on top. Garnish with lemon rounds and mint leaves.
