Jalapeno Corn Bread

¾ cup grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup cream style corn
½ jalapeno pepper, chopped
1½ cup self rising corn meal
1 egg
1 tbs. Sugar
1½ cup milk
¼ cup cooking oil

Directions:
Combine all and stir well. Pour into a preheated greased skillet. Bake at 400°F until lightly browned.
