Iced Apple Cake

For The Cake:
3 large eggs
1½ cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups diced apples

For The Icing:
4 oz (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Mix all of the cake ingredients together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted in center of cake. Cook the icing ingredients in small saucepan 2½ minutes and pour over warm cake.
