Hawaiian Fruit Dip

1 pkg. (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1¼ cup cold milk
½ cup sour cream
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1/3 cup shredded coconut
Assorted fresh fruit such as: strawberries, melon balls or chunks, kiwi slices, orange sections, peach slices, and papaya or mango slices

Directions:
In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Stir in pineapple and coconut. Cover; refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
Yield: 2 ¾ cups
