1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup vegetable or olive oil
¼ cup water
1 tbs. Vanilla
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup pecans
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup shredded coconut
1 cup dried raisins, cranberries or apricots

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix oats and brown sugar together in a large bowl, and then mix in almonds, and coconut. In a small sized bowl, stir together water, oil and vanilla and pour into the oats mixture. Mix well until all of the oats are thoroughly covered. Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes. Remove granola from oven and stir. Mix in the walnuts and pecans. Return to the oven for 30 minutes at 250°F.
Let cool completely before mixing in dried fruits. Store in an airtight container.
When in need of cereal, enjoy with cold refreshing milk!
