We Thank You All for your patiences.
While we will experience some slow downs every now and then, since it's a shared server. The actual crashes seen were not acceptable.
The host worked closely with us to investigate & rectify any problems.
They asked that we notify them when ever it happened so they could watch the trend.
While real problems were fixed in the last few weeks, and each time we saw improvements. Over all it still wasn't acceptable.
Please, again remember at times we may experience slow downs based on traffic on the server and our own forum. It won't always be perfect.
So in the future if it's all deemed normal traffic, with minor slow downs every now and then, we again just ask for your patience during those moments.
