I saw some other articles on it. I think it is 1001 HP, top speed around 252?

Price was 1.25 million (USD)

For that kind of money I would go w/ the Saleen S7 for$750,000(Yellow of course)
http://www.saleen.com/saleen_s7_main.htm

Then w/ the money left over get an Enzo FXX in red.

Then for rainy days you would need this Rolls Royce Phantom in black of course. Dont be fooled by its weight and boxiness, this lady can absolutely fly, and quiet as night!!

A liitle over budget, but, ya gotsta pay to play.

1990-1993 Chrysler New Yorker.

Will go faster than you want it to. Rides and handles like it looks. Parts are cheap. You don't get pulled over much. White cleans up real good with a pre wash with Ajax and a finish rinse of Murphy's Oil Soap. Easy to work on. Gas mileage is pretty good. Most were owned by oldsters. You can probably pick one up in excellent condition, state inspected for $500-$800. With the money you save over those exotics you might be able to buy a whole carton of smokes.

Sort of, Yes.

This is a pretty good review of the EEK cars.

Chrysler is still wringing out all they can get out of the turnip.

0-60 in 2 seconds flat Marshall??? No, really?? I havent checked, but thats faster than like an 1100 crotch rocket could do.

I copy and pasted it from their site Bill, heck I dunno? I know that getting tires to hook up enough to run 2.0 is a chore! I know there's no shift involved, it's all first gear. Who knows, maybe they embellished? What they call that these days? Bullsheiitting?

Author: Walt

Maybe it is 3-63 in 2 seconds, that way the car is already rolling.

If I remember correctly ("way back"), the book of world records had the fastest racecar listed as 0-60 in 2.2 seconds, driven by Mario Andretti.

I don't know too much about the NHRA, but don't those cars do 0-60 in that? (if you are going 300+ mph at 1/4 mile, in 4 or so seconds, it seems reasonable to be going at least 60 when you are half way there.)

My .02 worth of guessing...

Top Fuel Dragsters run 0-60 in crap your pants. They run the quarter mile in 4.441 seconds @ 336 MPH. That's 0-60 in under a 1/2 second.

I've heard they produce more rearward G's than when taking off in the space shuttle.

Definately "coffee spilling power". Don't be eating a donut when the light turns green either

The G forces when they put out the chute are even greater than when they leave the line. That's how that one driver "destroyed" his eyesight. (racer from the 70's I think :?: . I think he wrecked them when he was racing against Shirley Muldowney (sp?)))

It's not a matter of staying one step ahead; it's a matter of you typing quicker than me (but you do it all day long).

But I bet you a bucket of cheese curds that I can glue streamers on a Pinata a heck of a lot quicker than you can! ... even if it is on a "Wisconsin Jackass Pinata" model ... :P

It doesn't seem to take long for the "good natured" to run out of our joking posts to each other (and I do say our because I certainly have been guilty of my fair share). Personally, that takes the fun out of it, and life is just too short, so I'll take a pass on future postings with you.

Oh My Dear,

First of all, I love cheese curds... When my in-laws come in from Wisconsin, they are not allowed in my house until they produce some fresh ones. What isn't good natured about betting a bucket of cheese curds? (We can't buy them here in PA. Most people don't even know what they are.)

Secondly, a donkey pinata. I guess you don't know what a "jackass pinata" looks like. You also know Arts and Crafts is my life, so I can run a glue gun quicker than you. (insert pinata picture here)

I was merely commenting on your comment ... "Do you think you will ever be able to stay one step ahead?" because you type far quicker than me, and you were posting quicker than I could type.

You KNOW I would never call you a jackass... I don't do that.

and to answer your question, as long as you can type as fast as you can... NO,
