It can't be that bad...
After dealing with people just having to have their snowblowers, what do you mean I have to have my model number, people whining about no power for several hours (my parents and the shop - went without power from Friday night until Sunday in the wee hours), I'm ready for a little laughter!

I realise Marshall that I am not as hansom as I used to be but you are going way to far man. How the hell does my face scare you? And there is no way that I am the ugliest person in the world so don't even go ther either. :x Lets see a pic of you Marshall and I will judge the way you look :|
