My friend called me to ask for help with his snow blower. It is an older 7 hp toro (the one with the drum auger). He had it serviced at the end of last season but then left untreated gas in it all summer/fall. he tried to start it using that gas. It would not start. he drianed that gas and put in gas with stabil. he got it to start but only with the choke on? He tried to blow snow with it in the choke on position but it would stall when it hit the snow.
I am thinking the carb or bowl nut is clogged? anything else it could be?

It's the Carb. Take it off and clean it out. There is something clogging it. - Kris :D
