Folks--just got the news about my MRA taken 10 days ago. They found an artery in the kidney area that was greatly restricted. According to my Cardiologist, that is what is causing my blood pressure to run as high as it does. You all have been so faithful in the past so I am asking you again to pray for me. They intend to put in a stint (hope that is spelled right) and he seems to think it will do the job. Until we talk again--Your friend--Will ---and may the God of this world bless you and your familes now and always---Will

Will we haven't stopped praying for you. My grandmother has stents around her heart and they have greatly helped. I'm sure your doctor knows what he/she is talking about.

we wish you a speed recovery.
The stents are so widely used and done so commonly now.
My father has had 3 so far, they are performing wonderfully. He just had another followup, been 2 years now, the stents are doing well.

I've been praying for you all along. Glad to hear that they found this problem. Once fixed, you may find that you are "good to go" for another 50 years.

Just in case your doc didn't give you any literature explaining the procedure, here is a link that explains it, on pages 8 and 9.

Sounds like they are on to something. Glad they figured it out. The grandmother of a guy I work with had some chest pains. So they took her in Tuesday afternoon, took one stint out and put one stint in and she was home Wednesday morning.
We'll be thinking about you, glad they figured it out, that blood pressure going up and down must have had you wondering.

Marshall & MRMOM----Appreciate your thoughts. To be honest I have a few days where I think I am doing fine. Been quite busy finishing up the plecan harvest. (Gathered 2980) Yet, yesterday evening, my Blood pressure started up about 4:00 PM. It kept getting higher and higher after taking mu regular medicine plus 5 emergency pills(clonodines) I called my local doctor twice during this ordeal and at 9:00 PM he told me to go to the Emergency room in Alexandria, Louisiana. My son was to drive us there and it took us about 10 minutes to get to his house. On the way my wife says, let,s stop at Randy,s and take BP one more time. We had several prayers during this time. Got to Randy,s & thank the Great God in Heaven, it had started dropping. It steadily went down and we were saved the ER ordeal. If I can make it to next Monday, hopefully the installation of a Stint will bring me relief. May God bless all of you---Will

Even the medical profession recognizes the power of prayer. They don't understand why on a purely scientific level but they know it does work.
Hang in there Will.
